Support Services Unit
The Support Services Unit is responsible for the department’s records and case files, processing incoming evidence, managing the department’s evidence inventory, and providing services to citizens such as fingerprinting, answering general questions, and providing copies of reports. In addition to these duties, Support Services performs management of the department’s fleet, equipment, and requests for off-duty officers.
Support Services is staffed by two sworn law enforcement officers and one civilian employee. Lieutenant Darrin Payne is the commander of the Support Services Unit.
