Troutman ESC Park Softball/Baseball Fields Rules and Regulations:

1)     Field reservation is required for team use of field. Please make reservation arrangements with Troutman Parks and Recreation Department located at Troutman Town Hall. (704) 528-7600

2)     Softball/Baseball fields are to be utilized for SOFTBALL/BASEBALL GAMES & PRACTICES ONLY.

3)     NO foul language or unsportsmanlike behavior.  You may be asked to leave.

4)     Pitchers MUST pitch from pitching rubber.

5)     Catcher MUST catch from behind home plate.

6)     ONLY authorized personnel are allowed to move or adjust bases.

7)     NO food or glass is allowed in dugouts or on playing fields.

8)     Field cannot be utilized if wet (rain, snow, etc.)

9)     Tobacco use is prohibited (smoking, chewing tobacco, vapes, etc.)

10)   Only game personnel are allowed in dugout or on field (coaches, players, officials, etc.)

11)   Intentionally hitting equipment of any kind into fence is prohibited.

12)   The throwing or slamming of helmets and/or bats is prohibited.

13)   All vehicles (bikes, scooters, equipment trailers, etc.) should remain in designated parking areas.

14)   No pets allowed (on or off leash), except service assisting animals, at Softball/Baseball Fields. Please visit our Dog Park at the adjacent end of Troutman ESC Park.

15)   Use caution and stay alert to flying ball hazards.
