Facility Reservations

All Town of Troutman Facility Rentals are now handled through our online reservation system, Civic Rec. You will create a login under your personal name and then pick the facility, date, and time that you would like to rent. Your rental timeframe should include setup and clean up time. All rentals are pending approval upon staff review. Please allow 3 business days for response. Once approved, you will be prompted to complete your rental by paying your balance.

Pavilion at Troutman ESC Park

The covered Pavilion at Troutman ESC Park comes with 10 picnic tables, restroom and water fountain access, ceiling fans, and plenty of space for large or small gatherings. This facility is adjacent to the playground, splashpad, charcoal grills, and multi-use fields. The rental rate is $20/hour for in-town residents and $30/hour for out of town residents. Ballfields at Troutman ESC Park

Two multi-use fields with soccer goals (12u, 10u, 8u), two sand volleyball courts, and two softball/baseball fields with covered dugouts, 300 ft fence line. Please note our fields do not have lights. Rental rates for all fields are $15/hour for in-town residents and $25/hour for out of town residents. Click HERE to make a reservation.

Downtown Depot

The Downtown Depot is located along the Richardson Greenway, with adjacent access to the Town parking lot. This facility has ceiling fans, 4 picnic tables, and a great view of historic downtown. Please note there is no restroom at this facility. The rental rate is $10/hour for in-town residents and $20/hour for out of town residents. Click HERE to make a reservation.
