The Town of Troutman Planning Department’s mission is to guide our town’s growth while maintaining the excellent quality of life offered in Troutman. It is our department’s goal to provide solution-oriented services to the community through the application of professional planning services.
Troutman’s Parks & Recreation department is a reflection of what our community values – parks, trails, wellness, restoration, natural space, miles of greenways, youth athletics, family programming, and a variety of events that promote community pride and spirit.
The Troutman Police Department promotes public safety through service, integrity, and professionalism utilizing partnerships to prevent, reduce, and deter crime and the fear of crime, enhance street safety through education and enforcement, safeguard property, and protect individual rights.

Our town’s Customer Service and Administrative staff are happy to serve the public Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm at Troutman Town Hall- 400 N. Eastway Dr. Utility payments may be paid online, by phone, or in person. Please call (704) 528-7600 with any questions.
The Public Works Department is dedicated to providing the services required to ensure a sustainable community to the citizens of Troutman by attaining the goals required to meet current and future water, wastewater, and other infrastructure systems challenges.
